- Oversee and manage team to ensure smoothness of day-to-day operations of customer service and back-end activities (Finance and Accounting)
- Seek for room to fill operational gap and digitalize processes where applicable
- Establish project scope and objective, and prioritize projects with BUs with cost-to-benefit study and budgeting strategy
- Lead implementation of new financing product to meet project timeline with agreed quality of deliverables
- Collaborate with both internal and external parties to drive project executions, and plan on launching activities
- Construct work instruction and operational guideline of existing and new financing products for relevant parties
- Regularly update all assigned projects to top management and stakeholders, as project co-owner with direct project owners
