• Monitoring, managing, collecting, analyzing customer databases for support marketing and CRM campaign.
• Developing and maintaining reports on CRM marketing and sales metrics - Understanding Omni-channel customer behaviors & journey - Collaborating with other departments to integrate customer database processes into the CRM systems
• Improving customer segmentation processes and recommending enhancements to the CRM system
• Designing and implementing CRM marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement
• Resolving any database issues that affect sales system
• Ensuring the security and accuracy of customer data
• Experience in a role related to marketing or database technology, including customer databases, email marketing or web analytics -Advance analytical features in Power BI, Advance Excel function & formulas, R programming, data analysis skill a strong plus
