Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven B2B sales pro to join the COM7 Business team! Your main mission is to act as a full-suite IT partner for everyone from large Enterprises and SMEs to Government and Education sectors. We are hitting the market hard with cutting-edge AWS cloud innovations and AI technology, and we need you to help us close the deals.

What You’ll Actually Do: 1. Lead Gen & Prospecting (Opening Doors)
- Hunt down new B2B clients across the Enterprise, SME, Government, and Education segments.
- Build a beautiful, healthy sales pipeline specifically for the AWS Com7 Business SMB Smart Cloud Solution.
- Expand your deals by plugging in software from our massive network of ISV Partners

2. Solution Selling (Pitching & Closing)
- Pitch and demo the KIRO platform—an awesome AI-assisted developer platform that helps SMBs build and modernize software super fast.
- Act as a trusted advisor for Cloud Migration & Deployment and Cloud Architecture Design.
- Put together and sell Multi-Product Solutions, bundling multiple products into one easy, unified deal for the customer.

3. Making Customers Happy
- Chat with clients to nail down clear implementation steps and go-live timelines.
- Provide top-notch after-sales support to fix technical hiccups and answer questions.
- Team up with PDMs for long-term account planning to dig up upsell/cross-sell opportunities and build lasting relationships.

How We Measure Success (Your KPIs):
- Sales Target: Hitting quarterly and annual revenue goals for Cloud (AWS) and AI Solutions.
- New Business: Bringing in fresh, net-new customers, utilizing new AWS Customer Incentive programs.
- Conversion Rate: Successfully flipping Proof of Concepts (POCs) into live, production deployments.
- Pipeline Health: Building a high-value, consistent pipeline.

  1. Experience: You have 2-5 years of solid B2B sales experience in IT, Cloud, or SaaS under your belt.
  2. Tech Savvy: You know your way around Amazon Web Services (AWS) and get the hype around Generative AI and Agentic AI.
  3. Presentation Skills: You can translate complex tech jargon into clear Business Value that C-Level execs and business leaders instantly understand
  4. Negotiation Chops: You’re a closer. You can handle pricing structures and whip up smooth ROI models for clients.
  5. * Bonus Points: If you hold AWS Certifications (like Generative AI Sales or Agentic AI Sales), you’ll definitely catch our eye!
