We are seeking a proactive and results-driven online-retail key person to lead our Apple sales and marketing strategy across our own e-commerce platform and key marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing our online presence, and managing the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition to retention. Strategic Sales & Growth:

· ​Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

· ​Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities, initiative new sales channel, and capitalize on them.

· ​Manage and optimize product assortment, pricing, and stock levels to improve sales and overall category health.

Campaign & Promotion Management:

· ​Design, implement, and evaluate compelling promotional campaigns and mechanics to boost sales and marketability.

· ​Prepare clear and detailed campaign briefs for internal and external teams, ensuring flawless execution of marketing plans.

· ​Work closely with digital marketing and media teams to align campaigns and maximize reach and impact.

· Leverage data and analytics to understand customer requirements and the online shopping experience to improve the campaign and promotion mechanic.

Operational Excellence:

· ​Forecast business needs and prepare monthly and annual activity calendars to meet business objectives.

· ​Utilize back-end e-commerce tools and features to drive sales and optimize the customer experience.

· ​Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buyers, customer service, and external partners like Shopee and Lazada, to ensure smooth operations.

· Manage the inventory and run the pro-active actions to achieve the sales target as planned (forecast stock, acquire the fast-moving SKUs, and clear the aging & slow-moving stock).

Qualifications & Skills

· ​Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, campaign management, and/or category management, with a background in the electronics retail business.

· ​Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical, data analysis, and creative thinking skills. You should be comfortable generating and interpreting reports to make informed decisions.

· Excellence in MS office especially MS Excel. Power BI skill is a plus.

· ​Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.

· Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who is results-oriented and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
