รายละเอียดงาน

• Responsible for learning and analyzing business processes that require automation support, applying RPA concepts, AI-powered tools, and intelligent automation frameworks to drive efficiency.
• Take a leadership role in developing and implementing automated processes, leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) and low-code/no-code platforms, either independently or in collaboration with other parties.
• Evaluate, adopt, and govern AI tools for automation tasks, including prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and ensuring responsible use of AI within business operations.
• Take responsibility for database management and restructuring as required to support automated processing and AI/ML data pipelines.
• Own project deliverables from scratch to completion, ensuring project design feasibility, timeline adherence, and gap identification across automation and AI integration initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on key projects as assigned by top management, acting as an automation and AI champion to share knowledge and upskill colleagues.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Process Improvement, or related fields. 2. Good knowledge of automation programming concepts such as RPA, ETL, and AI-driven workflow automation. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs is a strong advantage. 3. Knowledge of SQL, Python, HTML, and JavaScript is required. Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development is a plus. 4. Understanding of prompt engineering basics and the ability to effectively instruct AI tools to generate code, scripts, and automation logic.	1. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) including AI-powered features such as Microsoft Copilot. 2. Strong leadership, well-organized, highly energetic, with a strong passion to drive results and work effectively under strict timelines. 3. Strong commitment to delivering superior business performance in alignment with organizational aspirations. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
