Job Purpose:

Responsible for the overall sales and store operations for Dr.Pharma, a brand new health – tech Company under a joint venture between BDMS and COM7

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations and sales. Work with the team to achieve the goals both sales and service. Ensuring smooth operations flow in the respective area.
• Provide specialized knowledge for pharmacy service. Provide product information to customers as well as recommend products to customers.
• Lead and support teams in implementing a culture of providing excellent service to the customer.
• Manage the pharmacist's work schedule. Ensuring that the pharmaceutical department is open at all times during business hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
