Social Media Specialist

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 
  • Social media content planning.

  • Manage and monitor content towards all social media platforms; Facebook, Line OA, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, Marketplace in application marketing tools etc.

  • Define most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.

  • Use social media marketing tools such as UTM, Google Analytics, Facebook Karma, Similar Web etc.

  • Basic skill in copywriting and design to ensure content is informative and appealing.

  • Maintain up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

  • Monitor and analyse competitors  and influencers in the same industry.

  • Provide constructive feedback.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 years experience as Social Media Specialist or similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Analytic and other social media best practices.

  • Excellent Thai copywriting skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy

  • Good english language skills.

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

  • Positive attitude. Works collaboratively. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-centric thinking; understand user behavior and thrive to provide the best user experience.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks/projects.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based environment while maintaining creative design integrity.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities.


 
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• Creating and maintaining campaigns, consumer engagement across applications, desktop and mobile site platforms in all marketplaces.

• Build, execute, and successfully deliver marketplace campaigns and merchandising campaigns on the platform.

• Monitoring, planning, and optimizing onsite user experience on application and website.

• Support operating campaigns that will help to drive more visibility, awareness and assortment onsite.

 • Be the expert by understanding key functional and limitations of the e-commerce system that will drive traffic on landing pages from both a marketing and design perspective.

 • Collaborate with Creative and Design teams to produce best-in class creative assets.
